The people you will actually be working with
On most building projects you meet a salesperson, sign with a company, and then spend a year dealing with people you have never met. Skytree Homes is small enough that this does not happen. Our director, Stewart Glover, runs the projects and is on site regularly, and our project manager, Peter Nydegger, has been with the business for years. You will know both of them well before the slab goes down.

One point of contact, start to finish
The person you meet at the first consultation is the person coordinating your build. Nothing gets handed over to a department that was not in the room when the decisions were made.
Regular site presence
Our director visits sites regularly to check progress and resolve problems while they are still small. Most construction issues are cheap to fix on the day and expensive to fix a fortnight later.

Stewart brings a background in construction and project management, coordinates each project to keep it on program, and is available Monday to Friday to talk through where things are at.
Peter Nydegger, Project Manager
Peter has been part of the team for over eight years and coordinates the day-to-day running of projects and the trades on site.

We are based in the City of Melville and most of our work sits within a short drive of it, which is part of why we can be on site as often as we are.
Working with our team: common questions
Who will I deal with day to day?
Stewart during design, pricing and the overall program, and Peter for the day-to-day running of the site. Both are contactable directly. There is no call centre and no account manager layer between you and the build.
How often will I hear from you?
Regularly, and more often at the points where decisions are needed. We would rather over-communicate during selections and approvals than have you wondering what is happening.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Yes, by arrangement. Sites are active workplaces so visits need to be coordinated for safety, but we would much rather you saw progress in person than only in photographs.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Something on every build does. What matters is how quickly it is identified and who has authority to fix it. Because our director is across each project personally, decisions do not need to travel up a chain before work can continue.
How many projects do you take on?
One custom home at a time. It is a real limit on our capacity, and it is the basis of everything above.
