Custom homes we have built across Perth

Every project on this page was designed for a specific block and a specific brief. That is why none of them look like each other. For example, a single-storey home on acreage in Karnup solves a completely different problem to a two-storey build on a narrow East Fremantle lot. Both are different again to converting a heritage building in Northbridge into a bar and restaurant.

However, they do have one thing in common: how they were run. We take one project at a time, and our director is involved from the first consultation through to handover. If you would like to understand how that works in practice, our process page sets out each stage.

Karnup — single-storey on acreage

A modern single-storey home on a large rural-residential block. It has raking ceilings and a strong indoor-outdoor connection. Completed two months ahead of program. See the project.

Bicton — timber frame and polished concrete

A timber-framed family home with polished concrete floors and a large pool. It was built over nine months in this established City of Melville river suburb. See the project.
