This thoughtfully designed three-bedroom home in North Coogee is all about easy beachside living, with an outdoor shower ready for sandy feet after a day at the beach. The reverse living design features high pitched ceilings, big windows and a spacious balcony, bringing in plenty of natural light and a front-row view of the coastal sunsets.

Recycled exposed bricks, topiary kitchen cabinetry, glass balustrades and shadowline cornices give this industrial-inspired home a clean, defined look. The raw concrete staircase is finished with a custom glass balustrade, stepped to follow the profile of the stairs and fitted with minimal satin black spigots and a slim black handrail. There is also provision for a future lift, with those spaces serving as study nooks for now.
