With a solid background in construction and project management, he has a deep understanding of the building process and is able to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
In addition, Stewart is a great communicator, able to effectively work with all members of the team as well as clients. He is always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and his approachable manner has earned him the respect of his colleagues and clients.
You will see him on the job site regularly checking on progress, but he primarily focuses on coordinating the project to ensure it stays on schedule.

Peter Nydegger
Project Manager
Peter has been a very valuable asset to our team for over 8 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry is unparalleled, and he plays a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of the building process.
He is a hands-on, multi-skilled individual who consistently demonstrates his expertise in the field.
It’s great to have a project manager with over 40 years experience in the building industry. Peter has seen and done a lot in his career, and can bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to your project.
A dedicated Perth home builder, by design
Skytree Homes is a registered Western Australian building company based in Ardross, creating custom homes across the Perth metropolitan area.
We take on a small number of homes at a time. We want to be on site, know every detail and take the time to get things right. Keeping our business manageable lets us stay close to the work—and to the people we’re building for.
The person who sits with you at your first consultation is the same person answering your calls, working through the details and seeing your home through to completion.
For us, the reward is handing over a home we’re proud to have built, knowing how much it means to the people moving in.
Custom homes
New homes designed from your brief and your block rather than adapted from an existing plan. Most of our work is in Perth’s river, coastal and southern suburbs.
Knockdown and rebuild
In established suburbs, building usually starts with removing what is already there. We work through whether a rebuild stacks up, then handle demolition, service disconnections and approvals.
Complex and constrained sites
Narrow lots, battle-axe blocks, slope, restricted access and heritage considerations. These are the projects where a considered custom design earns its keep.
Full project management
Concept design through documentation, engineering, planning and building approvals, trades and construction — coordinated by one team with a single program.

Our office is at 32A Portree Way, Ardross. Most of our projects are within a short drive, which is why we are able to be on site as often as we are.
