A second Bicton project
Bicton sits in the City of Melville between Attadale and East Fremantle, an established river suburb where almost every project begins with an existing home on a generous block. That means demolition, service disconnections, mature trees and neighbours on both boundaries are part of the job from day one, and it is why the early site work matters as much as the design.
We build across this pocket regularly — Applecross, Ardross, Attadale and Fremantle — and are usually only a few minutes from site.
