How long our builds take

Build times vary with the size of the home, whether it is single or two storey, the complexity of the design and the site itself. As a general guide, twelve to eighteen months from signing to handover is realistic for a custom home in Perth, with design, documentation and approvals accounting for a substantial part of that before construction begins.
